Hands Build America provides educational woodworking kits, printed and digital assembly guides, and access to a community for sharing creations. Our kits are designed for family workshops and school projects, with pre-cut and sanded wood pieces, safe beginner tools, and illustrated instructions. We do not offer professional carpentry services or custom furniture building; our focus is on guided, educational assembly projects.
You are responsible for using all tools and materials according to the included safety guidelines. Adult supervision is required for participants under 14 years old. When assembling kits, follow the step-by-step instructions and use the non-toxic paints and finishes only as directed. You must also ensure that the workspace is well-ventilated and that small parts are kept away from children under three years old.
All kits are shipped across India to the address you provide at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within two working days, and delivery typically takes three to seven working days depending on your location. If a kit arrives with missing or damaged pieces, contact our support team within seven days of delivery and we will send replacements at no extra cost.
While our kits are designed with safety in mind, we cannot be held responsible for injuries or damage resulting from misuse of tools, failure to follow instructions, or modifications made to the kit components. Our total liability for any claim related to a kit or workshop is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our materials.
When sharing photos or descriptions of your completed projects in our community, you grant us a non-exclusive license to feature your work on our website and social channels. Do not post content that is offensive, misleading, or unrelated to woodworking and creative construction. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or applicable laws.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our programs or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page, and significant changes will be announced through our newsletter. Continued use of our website or participation in workshops after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
